Savourshop joins Nozama RaaS
Nozama is proud to announce its impending strategic collaboration with Savourshop, in which Savourshop will now be using the RaaS (Recycling as a Service) platform in an effort to become further ecologically driven. Whether you are in the mood to try new dishes or just missing the smell & taste of home cooking while abroad, Savourshop is the bridge between your desires and reality, bringing a wide variety of international dishes & ingredients to your home.
Savourshop was founded in August 2010 with one mission in the minds of the founders, which was and still is to “bring products from all over the world, from the most basic of ingredients to the most difficult” to its customers. Among the dishes and ingredients made available to purchase are sauces from Japan, curries from Thailand, spices from India, jams from England, and many more which you can find online. They also have a physical store at Carrer de Milà i Fontanals.
By utilizing RaaS, Savourshop will be able to continue its development and growth in regards to, not only its environmental impact but also its own sustainability, providing an experience to customers that is as ecological as possible.
The addition of RaaS will lead to better traceability and transparency throughout the whole experience from delivery to the recycling of the recovered waste providing clients with various forms of proof that the waste has not been dumped in the environment.
The QR codes placed on the trash bags are just the beginning as pictures of waste being weighed & sorted will also be shown to clients. In addition, the information will also be provided on CO², kilograms of waste recovered, and recycled materials.
This partnership between Nozama and Savourshop is helped by the simplicity of the operations they are to undertake together in which Nozama will collect the orders that are made by Savourshop and then deliver them with emission-free transport.
On delivery, Nozama’s zamers will recover the customer’s recyclable material to take to their recycling centre and organic waste (in a separate bag), enabling both Savourshop with sustainable deliveries and their customers with a transparent recycling service.
